Brief Update

Today's post is a brief accountability update, because my partner and I are keeping a close eye on our senior cat, Salad, whose health has been rapidly declining the past few days. We took her to the vet Monday, and they gave her an antibiotic shot to help with a UTI, but it's difficult to determine at this moment in time if her lack of appetite is the consequence of the shot or because her body is starting to shut down. We're hoping for the former while steeling ourselves for the latter.
Summary of Notable Accomplishments (7.28 - 8.4):
After having 2 full main campaign sessions to transcribe this past week, I still have ~11 hours left of Session 0 material
Aside from Monday and Tuesday, did some form of Pilates every day this past week
Averaged 8500 steps/day this past week, a substantial increase to my recent count
Completed a couple BWS workouts but nothing to brag about
Took Qiri to the vet for her annual shots
Reorganized a couple areas of the house to open up more space
Real Talk:
Growing up, I can't recall my family ever putting down any of our pets. From the pets I can remember owning, they all died naturally of old age. Have you ever owned any pets, and if so, have you ever had to lay any of them to rest?
